I would like to express my regret that I purchased this product because I sent the test but did not receive a response back. I have lost £80 and am very disappointed. I would like if possible to receive a response from the company or to send me another test.

After ordering one for my wife and seeing how easy it was to use and get your results quickly, i have decided to buy one for myself too. again followed the instructions and happy that now the lab confirmed that they are working on my test. already got the results for my wife and looking forward to mine. great service. well recommended

Almost 6 weeks after sending my sample and I still haven't got my results. No reply to my email chasing it either. Not impressed so far!

Comes well packaged with everything clearly labelled, nice and easy to follow instructions though it would be good if they said in the manual itself to fully fill each circle, this is only said in small print with a small diagram on the back of a leaflet at the bottom of the box! There was also no clear indication of where to put the QR sticker on the blood-sample card like there was with the information card you have to fill out. It would also handy if they said which order reference is required for the information sheet - had to assume it's the amazon order number and for that there isn't enough blank space. The provided lancet needles were easy enough to use as well though they are quite painful to use! hours later and my finger is still in pain from it. Have posted off my test and I'm waiting on the results, says the estimated time is 4 weeks on the leaflet so fingers crossed.

Fantastic. Much better results than others you would get using hair samples. Would recommend to anyone. Great and easy to use for those familiar with these tests. Good value for money - wonderful!

It didn't work! The process was easy enough ans unlike others, I did receive the results within 2-3 weeks. I took these results (which said I had a few allergies and a few intolerances) to the GP,who got me officially tested with the NHS and it all come back negative. It's a complete lie and inaccurate. Don't waste your money

This is the first part of my full review whilst i await my results. Observations. The instructions are a bit wooly as it stated to use the submission card, my kit didnt come with one . i just included the sticker the test came with in the box as it had the activation code on it but i have no idea if ive done the right thing . The instructions stated to fill the circles on the collection card fully with blood, my kit came with two cards so i imagine one was just a spare as the instructions just stated 'card' and not 'cards' I had a real job collecting the blood as my hands are work hardened so the little lancent couldnt get through my skin so i had to take the lancet apart and dig the blade into my finger .If you dont like blood the kit might not be for you. Submitting the test online was easy however. I cant find a Healthy stuff App anywhere on apple App store? I now await the results, hopefully i followed the instructions well enough for the samples to be tested.

The order came next day. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. It has a free post envelope to post it. Customer service confirmed that they received it in their lab and the confirmation that they were working on it. majority of representatives were unhelpful but the last one made a difference. I wont be making any further purchase as only got my results back after 2 months of sending my sample. Keep trying to get hold of the customer service is taking so much of your time to resolve anything. Last person I spoke with only answered my questions sent my results finally after 2 months
