I have a memory foam type of mattress. These things can get really hot, at least where you are laying. I bought this to help spread the heat out and it worked. However I found that after laying on it for a couple weeks that all the conductive material comes off. I had it between my sheet and mattress protector. So it worked good at first but didn't last. Can't complain since I am using it in an odd way. But thought it would hold up better.
