Great smart scale!!! It measures everything!!! You download free app to track your progress and see what it is you need to change about your weight. Battery life has been good so far and I've had it for almost 6 months already. I'm type 2 diabetic and need to keep track of my weight and other things such as bmi, visceral fat and water weight which has all those functions as well as others! Love this scale!

Wow what a change from the white bathroom scale at Grandma's house! I remember as a kid we would stand on the scale and they'd give us the suitcases to hold to try and figure out if the bag was overweight. This scale would probably be able to do the math for you! Nah just kidding there's no setting for that... I don't think.... This is my first "smart scale" and I can't believe what it does. I now know things I never heard at the doctor's office like my bone mass, percent water content and an approximate age of my body. The only down side I find (why I gave it only 4 stars) is to get all the info generated you have to link it to an app on your phone and connect to the internet. I'm a bit old school about linking devices and sharing information with apps via internet. I did turn off all data sharing in the app, but you never really know what is really being kept private. There is a guest mode so you could take the readings autonomously each time you use the scale, but that defeats the purpose of tracking and looking at your weight and mass change. I got a special Prime Day price, so it was a good value intro to the "smart scale".
