Adhesive is aggressive:- may not be suitable for very tender skin- you have to be careful removing patch if not removing sensor at same time- extra care needed to get it aligned before placing on skinUnless you have a third hand. :-o)I suggest:- remove part of backing from side opposite stripe, and lift edge of the rest (plus lift edge of backing pieces on other side)- once aligned, press open area of adhesive onto skin, then remove rest of backing, press onto skin- then remove front backingTo align patch, sit at table with large hand mirror on top of it, and book under elbow if needed.

Used the cover as designed to hold a sensor on the arm for two weeks. The sensor and cover fell off during sleep too early.

Makes sure skin is dry and clean. so far no reactions to the glue. It helps when someone else can put the patch on if the sensors is on the back of your arm to help center it in the middle.
