Great so far
Best Computer I've Ever bought so far. It's faster than I expected, the touchscreen is great, design, elegance, great screen resolution, It covers all my needs and more. I 've used it for one week, so in the future I will give more information about this lenovo's performance.I've used the laptop for an entire year, I used it daily since I bought it, and It has always worked perfectly everyday. I am so happy with this purchase.

Very very bad purchase
I bought my computer in December 2023. It was very fast and responsive. I used it about 4 times. I left it plugged in one night and the following day it had a burn smell. Took it to a technician they said. The motherboard is dead and i need a replacement. This was really hard because i saved to buy the computer. I contated the seller and they said it connot be returned so im stuck with junk that i paid my hard earning money for. Sigh!

Love this laptop
This laptop has everything I was looking for including plenty of memory, a great processor and a touchscreen. I’ve had it for a few months now and am still very pleased. Excellent buy

Little machine, big work
The laptop came in a nicely packaged box that you would expect. The setup was a breeze - Windows 11 walks you through everything! The keyboard is nice. Not to soft or hard to click the keys. The 10 keys did take a little getting used to but has been a wonderful addition to the things I'll look for in the future.

It is useless
I used the product for 3 months only with Google and web pages and the computer stopped working, its processor burned. I had to take it apart and I found that its disk is not the one described in the warranty, this product is not recommended at all.

Paper weight
Locked in S mode cannot be unlocked. Manufacturer said they can't help. 3rd useless laptop. I've never had issues like this ever

Is not a touch screen.
I bought it after reading that is a touch screen but was not. When I return it, they didn't full refund ,they took $162, as restocking fee.
