I use this at my desk and love it! It is so cold in my office and this makes my day much more tolerable!

This heating pad is pretty nice and I LOVE that you can take the cover off to wash, though I will say that the cover sheds a bit (mostly only noticeable on dark material). I do wish the tie belt was longer and that the massage/ vibration feature was on more than just the shoulders, but overall it does the job as described.

I had bought the same company heating pad prior to this purchase. My wife loved it, but don't you know it was out of stock, with no idea when it would be available. The first heating pad lasted over three years of frequent use before kicking the bucket. I was very disappointed not being able to purchase the original heating pad for her again. I bought this item, hoping the massage feature would be even more appreciated. Unfortunantly the hard pieces that provided the massage feature was so uncomfortable it was returned..

This was a replacement for the one I had that died. It fits perfectly, offers me great comfort, great functionality, gives me pain relief from my back and definitely a good value for the money. I love the color and the feel of the material. I can definitely recommend this heating pad.

There are only 2 vibration points-which I knew buying-but it is SO LOUD-I could only do it for about 5 min before I had to turn it off. The heat element is not so great either. Overall I would have passed knowing what I know in now

I like that it covered my neck and back but there are only 2 vibrating pads. They need pads on the neck and down the spines to be 100% or 5 star. It wouldn't hurt if the neck closure was adjustable for us thin neck people.

plugged the heating pad in and tried to disconnect tmit so I could wrappe it around me and I can not detach it no where does it tell you how to detach it.... just says it does.... I'm about to break it and haven't even worn it yet..... wast if money!!!!
