Sticks and seals well, but it's a bear to remove if I've made a mistake....

One of our Golden Retrievers decided to not use the exit ramp and tried to climb out by crawling up the side.... Big tear. We lowered the water level below the tear, let it dry for a day, applied a pool patch per instructions. But I'm kind of neurotic about having to do things twice so after the patch was set I took a piece of the brand " Flex Tape" clear over the patch. I'm happy, tear is sealed, used pool all summer with no problems. I believe this is a permanent fix but is it doesn't hold up after winter I will update. Check beginning of June 2026. If there is no update, then everything is cool I've used Flex Tape in the past to tape together a old rotted plastic pool ladder under water. It held the ladder together for the whole summer with kids and adults climbing on it. All their products work great

This worked ok but hard to handle for me!

I ordered this to fix a leak in a plastic pipe. I noted that the product came with a backing tape but I could not find any backing material. I did everything I could to find it. Every available source indicated there was a backing material. When I unrolled the tape one side appeared to be already sticky so I used that side and the fix failed. If there indeed is backing material hiding the real tape properties I could not find it. If there is backing material on this roll, the manufacturer has to do a better job of designing it so it is easily removable. I would not use the product again.

Outstanding

Not too happy about this clear. The glue easily comes off the clear film. Needs a big improvement on the material for the clear, too thick and rigid. It will separate in warm weather leaving the adhesive.

Flex seal products perform exactly as advertised. Wonderful product.

OMG where has this tape been it is amazing on fixing water leaks

Dal filmato il nastro sembrava adatto per essere usato sott'acqua. Il nastro non e' idoneo per questo tipo di uso e il costo e' elevato per appena 1,30 metri di nastro.

Used on a leaking water hose. Adhesive didn't last a week. Peeled off and left a really sticky residue on the surface. Don't waste your money on this.

Water proof, it's easy to use.

Not impressed

I have a pool that is 14’x4’ so it holds a lot of water, I had a seam hole in a spot from being stored over the winter and this tape worked perfectly. I will add it is extremely sticky, so maybe pre cut your pieces first 😊
