Homemade bread products are the way to go right now and we've been baking our own sourdough and white bread for several years. The problem with home-baked breads tend to be the short shelf-life. After only a day or two breads tend to start to go stale and get tough or downright hard. I purchased this product hoping to get a few extra days out of each loaf and was rewarded greatly! he dough enhancer works as promised and doesn't change the taste of the bread we love so much. We now get to have fresh and soft bread longer and don't have to throw as much stale bread out. The only downside of this prouct is the cost verses the amount you get. It's not a cheap product and I do wish there was more in the package for the money.

Used this to make buns and it made a big difference. It came out fluffier and more tasty.

This has made a great difference in my breads, and muffins. When frozen and defrosted not hard at all. Leaves no taste. Will not bake without this again . Thank You
