This has a strong flavor to me. Very sweet. I mix it in 16 oz of water as opposed to the 8 oz it recommends. But it mixes well. I also get itchy immediately after taking it. I like the energy it gives however and the price point.

One of the better pre-workouts that I’ve tasted gotta be careful with this one. You’re better off doing half a scoop.
