Great phone + great price = GREAT value for your money!
I got this phone as my second phone. My old phone was a samsung galaxy mini (very, very bad!) This phone is just great! It is great at playing games, surfing the web, calling, texting etc. It's very fast and can handle a high quality game like ashphalt 8(you should get it, it's free!) with no problem whatsoever. The accessories I got with it are:http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00G6R4JYO/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 (a great case, comfortable, well priced, sturdy)http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00CPMWX6U/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2 (you really need these screen protectors to protect the 520's screen)http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002NTP06K/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_3 (this 16 gb card might be too much-an 8gb would have been fine, but I wanted to make sure my memory wouldn't fill up like my last phone)All these accessories coupled with a GREAT phone make me very happy! buy this phone!!!!!!;0

He liked it. However
This started off well. It was a present for my son as his first phone. He liked it. However, after a few weeks, it has stopped working completely. There have been no accidents. He usually keeps it at home. He occasionally takes it with him when he goes to a friend's house so we can call him and tell him his tea is ready. The phone still looks pristine but is totally dead. It is therefore being returned. This is my second bad experience with a Nokia phone. About four and a half years ago, i bought a Nokia E72 from the shop at terminal 5 at Heathrow before heading off to work in Moscow. When I started the phone there was no backlight to the display. I was appalled by the fact that they were selling phones out of an airport without a worldwide warranty! A chance meeting with the Director of Customer Services (What was the chances of that!) meant that he provided me with a replacement phone.I will probably replace my son's phone with a more expensive Moto G.

Excellent practical phone
This phone is perfect for a working phone, rather than a knobs and whistles phone it is rather simple and does the job.The positives: if you use Windows on your PC and have a Microsoft Hotmail account, or similar, it will automatically update your calendar appointments and save your contacts for you across all your items and back them up.From a Nokia point of view you get free maps and navigation, excellent and easily as good as a satnav, once you've downloaded the map you need, you need only activate GPS and do not have to use any data to use the maps.Nokia also provide free music which can be very useful on occasion. The negative, sadly it was a nightmare moving across from HTC to Windows, if you are thinking of doing this please back up all your contacts etc first as HTC only allow you to copy one contact from phone to SIM at a time and when you have hundreds this is a pain. In future we will keep them all backed up on SIM and elsewhere. If you want a phone for making calls primarily, this is great. If you want a multifunction phone, top of the range camera etc, look elsewhere.

Simple, Easy to Use
I had been looking for a new phone for a while and when one of my family members recommended it to me, I pretty much knew this was the one for me, especially because it came in my favourite colour :)I already have a Windows 8 Laptop so the interface, for me, was very easy to get used to. You can customise it to have whichever apps you use the most and the touchscreen is very precise and sensitive, which is good for someone like me with big fingers. If you don't like the tile interface you can just swipe and use the list view, which I found very efficient when it came to finding things when I first got it.The battery life is exquisite, I felt like it was literally laughing at my old phone which couldn't last half a day! Whether in constant use or occasional, for a smartphone, it is amazingly good. It also connects to wifi easily, I haven't had any problems with that yet and for a young social networker like me, that is an essential! One bugbear I have found so far is the price. I was gutted to buy this and then see it in O2 for £69.99, so in terms of value for money, it really isn't worth getting online. In total I paid just over £97 including a case and a pack of 10 screen protectors and I really feel like an idiot for not checking the shops first. The second (and last) bugbear was that it needs a micro sim card. Micro SD cards are easy to come by nowadays and I already had one anyway, but when it came to the micro sim card, I had no clue where to get one. it was quite a palava for me as I don't pay for my phone contract, so unless you are the bill payer you might have to go through a nice phone call with your provider or go to your local phone shop, which meant that I was out of a phone, so I would advise anyone to do this first before buying one o you have it set up and ready to go.Nonetheless, I have found this phone so easy to use. Everything you need is in one place and apps are easily downloadable from the store. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants something a bit quirky but easy to use. The keyboard is also easy to use (even for someone like me with sausage size fingers) and also has revolutionised predictive text, but in the most helpful way possible. It comes is a lovely range of colours (I got mine in Cyan and I love it! :D) and is something I would consider reccomending to smart-phone virgins.A very well made product, very happy with it overall :)

A good phone apart from apps and internet
I was sceptical about getting a windows phone as I have stuck with android up until this purchase;. The layout is fine but I still prefer operating system of android. As my previous phone was a Google Nexus 4 I suppose I was always going to be a little disappointed with a phone this affordable however:The choice of apps on the Windows operating system is poorThe internet is extremely slow even when using wifi (using 3G it is twice as slow)The phone keeps going back to the home screen when I am in the middle of using an app (this happens every 10 minutes or so)The navigation programme is terrible (it doesn't even load some days)Saying this, the camera is pretty good and I've had no problems with texting and calling. I definitely think you can get more value for money with other cheap android phones though.
