The quality of this product is excellent. A nice solid feel to it and the engraving was faultless. You also get a ring to attach the tag which is very strong. Communication was really easy to state what I wanted engraving and I got a quick reply confirming receipt, delivery was also very quick and arrived sooner than I expected. When I saw the item I thought for the money I'd give it a go and I'm so glad I did, it looks far more expensive and the pictures really don't do it justice. I purchased the large tag for my boxer X and it it's a perfect size. I will be showing off and recommending to my friends! I really can't say enough how pleased I am.

This tag is good quality and looks nice. The sellers communication Is great as my first tag got lost in the post and they sent a replacement with no problems. However, the whole tag is gold and the writing on the back is so small you can barely see it without a magnoyfying glass, it maybe because I had 5 lines on the back and thus made the writing very small. The tag is large so I didn't think this would be a problem. I was very disappointed and have had to order another tag from some where else as its not fit for purpose! If you order this tag keep the writing on the back to a minimim,which in my opinion defeats the object.

I can't believe how quickly the tag arrived! In great condition and the writing at the back is nice and deep so it's super easy and clear to read. Very pleased with result, now lets hope she doesn't lose it!

Received tag quickly, engraving looks clear and I managed to fit name, contact details and phone number. Just as good as tags I have bought from the main pet retailer on the high street and almost half the price. All in all good service! I would recommend.

Fantastic quality item, extremely fast turnaround from placing the order to receiving the tags. Both my Labrador pups are rambunctious and feisty. The lettering is clear and professional and also chew proof thankfully!

Lovely tag. Was a bit concerned that large would be too big but it is not that much bigger than the standard tags and so a nice size.Was very surprised to get message not long after placing order in the evening saying that it had been engraved and dispatched! Received 4 dys after this.So make sure you get details correct as you might not get any time to amend your order.
