Excellent candy, same great flavor, the mold they use is not the same as the old days but what is. Not as much yellow color as I am used to to, but great flavor.

This candy is what I remember my Grandpa giving me in the 1950's and 1960's. Tart lemon flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. Brings back memories and I liked it then and I like it now.

These have the perfect balance of tart and sweet! I love keeping these in my purse for times when I have nausea hit. Compared to similar candies that come in a tin, these are a bit less expensive. Still feels a bit pricey but I haven't yet found a candy that is comparable in quality and taste. These are crazy addictive though - be warned!

These really are very good. But I’d never say “sour.” They’re slightly more tart than most. And the lemon flavor is excellent—not that icky fake taste that dominates now. They’re definitely better than any I can find near me and I’ll happily order more—unless I find a truly sour one nearby! Good hard candy is sadly hard to find; I don’t like gummies at all.

I have a seizure disorder and when I feel it coming on, if I suck on one of these, the slight sourness distracts me from my episode, often cancelling it out! Sounds odd for a candy review but it has helped me immensely. These taste great and are individually packaged! The sour apple reminds me of a green apple jolly rancher with a tiny bit of added sour.
