The media could not be loaded. The front of the "notebook" looks amazing. Then once you open it, it is a coloring book!!! This is not a med surg template for writing notes. Oh no, let me say again, IT IS A COLORING BOOK!" Worst item I have ever paid for. But on the bright side, my daughter now gas a new $6.00 coloring book. Do not buy!!
