Love it! Does well as an ice pack. Stay cold for hours. Doesn't actually freeze solid so allows for flexibility. Though the belt cold use some work. It keep twisting and pinching

I bought 2 of these for use after back surgery, needed to have cold compresses for 48 hrs after surgery. They get cool but not cold like ice packs and I ordered the xl sizes, they are big and soft with a great feel on the skin but take up a lot of room in the fridge freezer… I put them in overnight to get cold, they do get cold but not like an ice pack, they will be great for sore muscles and slight swellings but for me it didn’t help much for what I needed… however I would buy again to ease muscle soreness in my back… not a bad purchase just wasn’t what I needed…

I like the silky light material, however IT DOES NOT STAY COLD FOR LONG. I use it to hold other ice on my back. It's long and stays in place.

Like everything about it. Much better than other wraps. Stays in place, don’t have to wrap in a towel. Great price!

Easy to use and does job well

Straps fit well but can not sustain weight of the product. Item was placed in freezer for 4 to 6 hours before using - the temperature came to room temperature in 10 minutes. This was repeated four times. Good design but poor product.

Fit is ok bottom flips up occasionally but overall great product stays cold for about 30-45 min after freezing and gets cold fast in feeezer

I liked this item as it can be used hot or cold. My husband hurt his back and it has helped him to be able to be mobile.
