Best forearm and calf massager
Great great great massager for calves and forearms. Works the tennis elbow tendon so good. Front and back of lower legs, good for shin splints and Achilles. Highly recommend.

Rolflex IS the Tool For Healthy Muscle Recovery!
My teeanage son is a varsity baseball pitcher and asked me to get a roller so he could massage his arm after pitching. He found a $20 item on Amazon. "You get what you pay for," I told him. I sat down and researched higher-priced items. In the end, I purchased the $80 Rolflex for him. Fast foward 9 months and I am the very proud owner of 2 Rolflex and 1 Rollit, Rolflex's secondary product ($30). Precision Pressure: Probably the #1 feature of the Rolflex device and the Rollit, is the ability to adjust the pressure you apply to the muscle with very little effort and total precision. The hinged device, enables the user to gently increase or decrease the pressure with total precision using your fingertips holding the two handles together. Deterrants to Regular Use: If you use a rechargeable pulsating massage gun, which I have and do use, you probably enjoy the simplicity of the machine doing the work. The Rolflex is not that easy. That said, you cannot get the same therapeutic results with a massage gun that you can achieve with the Rolflex. It is easy to use, but it takes some practice. It's easy to use, but you have to learn your body's needs, how to position the Rolflex and which notch on the adjustable clamp to set the device, before you'll achieve maximum benefit. Once you do...IT IS INCREDIBLE! Learning to Use Rolflex: The videos are a great starting point, but there are sooo many more muscles you can dig into if you work at it. For example, as a tennis player, my outer shoulder muscles need therapy regularly. Placing the weighty rubber base on the thigh, opening the clamp to the larger settings and leaning forward until the yellow roller is on the shoulder muscles requires a comfortable position on a firm chair. Once you get it in place, gradually moving the shoulder in and out of the Rolflex while adjusting pressure is heavenly. The same is true for the larger muscles of the leg. Again, it takes practice, but the more I have used it, the more I've found ways to dig into the muscles of the legs and arms and there is no question that my body has benefited from a regular routine of rolling out the muscles daily. Rollit (their secondary product): The more I used the Rolflex, the more I craved a similar device for the neck and upper shoulder / high back muscles. Enter the Rollit. Essentially, it's half of the Rolflex clamp device with a long strap attached to it. The strap has thumb loops that work perfectly. This device takes practice as well and more creativity than the Rolflex, but once you get used to setting it on the muscles and looping the strap around your body and into your free hand, the ability to roll the device on neck, shoulder, upper back, side back muscles and even on the pectoral muscles in front the therapeutic benefits are FANTASTIC! If you are serious about taking care of your sore muscles, THIS IS THE TOOL you need in your arsenal. I got tired of sharing with my son, so I bought one for myself. As a baseball umpire, soccer referee, tennis player and surfer at age 53, I am certain that Rolflex and the Rollit will enable me to stay healthy and avoid injury for many years to come.

Good product wish it was built wider.
This thing is a nice alternative to foam rolling. I wish it had 2 or 3 more size notches because I don’t have very large thighs and it’s still difficult to roll up & down even with that string tool to extend the length. Also I’m not sure how to detach the two parts, because it seems silly to order a second one with a strap attached, just to target the back and shoulders. I’ve seen reviews online where it used to be possible to disconnect the two pieces to target more areas. I’d recommend the product, it definitely helps with targeting calves, hamstrings, & quads more directly.

it works!
I’ve had this roller for about a month. My tennis elbow got so bad i couldn’t go to the gym because lifting with that arm was extremely difficult and painful. I went to a muscle therapist a couple of times to help relieve the pain, but with little result. I saw this on Amazon and decided to try it out. The first week the results were noticeable. The pain was subsiding and lifting things began to get easier. I’ve learned to use it, and then give it a couple of days and let the muscle heal a little and then use the roller again. After about a month or so of using it the pain level is almost non existent! All I can say is that this roller has been amazing! It just works!

Does what it says
After seeing an ad on Instagram for this, I bought this to attempt to treat tennis elbow that I have had for about 8 months. I use this for about 3 minutes per forearm in addition to a elbow heating pad that I have on for about 30 minutes. After about 2 weeks of this, it might be too soon to say if it's getting better or not, but I do know that this device really does get deep into the forearm muscles. Rolling my forearms is supposed to increase bloodflow and promote healing, but I believe it's going to be a long road for me. I've tried it on my calf muscle as well, but found it a bit too firm for me since I don't have issues there. That's just me being a wimp though; if you need/want to use this on your calf you definitely can, but I'd rather use a massage gun. Read the instructions, so you know you're doing this right. It's called a Rolflex, as in roll your arm through to find the knots, then flex your arm or twist your hand to engage the muscle which will really get the massager into the muscle. I purchased this in October, and I got the gray model that's pictured, not the blue one. I got the basic version, and the yellow massager piece is plenty firm. Save your money and just get the basic one. It's very light and the plastic feels durable enough. I don't know if their claims about the plastic being able to be run over by a car are legit, but I'm not going to find out. The bottom is quite grippy so that you can hold it in place on a table or on your thigh. Item is kind of large, but easy to move around.

Genius product this works so much better than a traditional foam roller for legs and arms!

I like all about this product. The major thing is it helps me with my arms tension.
