Larger dice dehydrated onions
I use these for camping and backpacking trips for meal prep. I like that it’s a larger dice for the times I want to see onions - like a peppers and onions topping for sandwiches. Easy to use, toss in soups or rehydrate and sauté, this is a good product and I will buy again.

Label is misleading
The label says chopped onions, but they are in fact minced onions. The package came when I unscrewed the lid, the protective liner was already removed. Since the item is non-refundable. I was forced to keep it.

Quality
I’ve been having trouble finding dehydrated chopped onions locally. Minced yes, but they’re often too small. I was glad to find these on Amazon. Good quality and a good price.
