NANOspikes V2 Footwear Traction

Kahtoolas are the best for walking on snow and ice. These Kahtoolas stay on my boots all winter long and I wear them whenever there's a chance of slippery sidewalks. At my age I do not want to slip and fall.

I am old and I do not run, lol. Slipping on icy pavement is a huge threat to my ability to age in place. My active dog walks/ runs/ plays at least three times a day and I need to feel secure taking him out. The Nano Spikes are ideal! I’ve used other cleats that felt dangerously slippery on dry pavement. The Kathoola nubs compress (just a smidge) into the rubber lugs making me feel secure on the icy spots as well as the dry spots. I did buy a larger size so they are easy to put on and off while standing on the mat by the back door regardless of whatever shoe/ boot/ slipper I am wearing. I’m very pleased with this purchase and will enjoy feeling safe and sure-footed all winter. I will order a pair for my husband too. He will complain at first, but once he tries them, he will be as impressed as me. Well worth the price!

This is the second pair of NANOspikes I've purchased. I had to replace my original pair after my puppy chewed through them. I own a pair of Kahtoola MICROspikes as well, and use the NANOspikes for walking in pave areas that may be slippery. These are a great product and very easy to attach to boots.

Finally got to use these after a year in the front closet because no snow or ice. Ran through crusty ice with absolutely no problems. No slipping, felt comortable and stable. Love these!!!!

Fairly Easy to put on sneakers and they look like they will stay on. But I haven't had a chance to use these yet on ice and snow. Thus the 4-star review. UPDATE: I was able to use these recently and they work great. I was able to fit on several different kinds of shoes including Dansko closed heel Clogs, Sketches step in boots and my bulky snow boots. You just have to buy the right size. I wear a 9.5 women's shoe and the Medium Nanospikes fit fine. Just make sure to remove before walking on flooring that can be damaged by the spikes.

Absolutely an awesome product. It kept me from slipping and falling while walking the dog in the ice. Easy to put on and takeoff. The size was correct and I am very happy with it and safe.

Absolutely awesome. Just happened to get these before Mother Nature placed a thick layer of ice on our driveway. I was able to walk on it with no slippage at all. I highly recommend these.

I just ordered these for my husband and I. We're seniors and the weather is beyond what we've had in Virginia in many years since maybe 2009 with Snowmagaden. At our age when we slip and fall and break a hip, there's no coming back from that. I'm using the previous 1st gen and these slip a bit but able to get to the mailbox. These I've read have much better traction for walking around outside when we take the furkid outside. Oh, I wear a size 9 in Crocs, not what these are intended for but the medium fits with a little struggle but they fit. In case some have a larger toe or taller bridge shoe. If these exceed our expectations I'll update to 5 stars.

Brilliant accessory for hiking boots and trainers when walking in icy and snowy weather. Easy to put on and take off these are must haves in cold winter months.

These seem to be well made and fairly easy to put on and take off. They provide good traction for urban walking. Time will tell how durable they are.

They adapted well to my trainers and the feet seemed balanced when I run. A bit noisy on the road when there was no ice though.

Have only used it a week but makes running in snowy and icy conditions very practical vs. not having these and trying to do the same. Easy to slip on and don't feel any additional discomfort having these on. WOuld highly recommend to those wanting to get some steps outside during the winter.
