Excellent product that quickly rehydrates me after long runs. Living in hot and humid weather in the south, it is also an invaluable product in summer months when doing yard work. Taste decent, but much more a product of nutrition designed to comprehensively rehydrate and energize the body - absolutely no gimmicks with this product.

This is my FAVORITE flavor of the 3. It's not too sour nor too sweet. It's perfect! I love to use these for travel as they keep me hydrated and help with jet lag. I also struggle with many chronic illnesses that cause fatigue and the b vitamins especially help me get through. I think they've improved it as it mixes more easily than it used to! Less stirring required. It will flavor your water bottle as the b vitamins have a strong flavor (just like anything they are in) but well worth it because they have such a great impact on the body.

I’ve been using these for years before they were available on Amazon. These are the best thing for severe dehydration or hangover. They taste absolutely horrible like salty yellow Gatorade, but they get the job done. They’re equivalent to what you get IV in a hospital for severe dehydration. I even use them during pregnancy and when I went through chemo, cause they’re the only thing that would get me rehydrated quickly.

This is really good and energizing. I felt immediately hydrated and energized after drinking this.

this is not a refreshing watermelon drink for after a work out, this is a 911 hydration alert drink to keep you from going into a worse situation and taste is not a concern. it taste really bad

This is my go to for hydration when I want to avoid an ED (Emergency Department) visit. My only wish is that they would make it more affordable for those of us who have immune deficiencies and have to rely on these to avoid all of the chemicals in the Gatorade as well as the heaps of sugar in Liquid IV.
