Experienced immediate results!
I have only enthusiastic praise for this recumbent bike --- well made, and of great quality as well as easy to assemble from the enclosed well-written instructions and clear artistic drawings (my husband thanks you Teeter!!). The bike makes this 76 year old feel "almost young again!!!" It is so quiet and my activity on the bike actually feels effortless. I had been using a treadmill and not getting adequate results for my arms and core. This bike is exactly what I was looking for in terms of "total body" exercise and for the ease of motion and physical exertion. Believe me, I could tell the difference in my muscle tone and energy level for the first time after exercising for only 30-35 minutes and that was without subsequent soreness or pain. I might add that this bike has adjustments that will benefit anyone of any age and satisfactorily allow the user to achieve his or her level of conditioning.

Works as advertised. Very good quality.
Easy on the body. You think it isn’t doing enough but you feel it when you get off. Great for bad knees. You can make it as easy as you want or as hard as you want. I love it. The only con is it does take up some space. But worth it for your health. Very sturdy. If your partner follows the direction it is not bad to assemble. ( mine doesn’t)

An excellent machine.
Very little indeed to complain about with this product. Very solid throughout, with excellent assembly instructions. Yes, as many noted, some of the screws are difficult to thread correctly at first. Operation is as advertised; changing settings for different sized family members is quick and simple. By contrast the shipping, though fast, gave the impression that the box had fallen from more than one truck in its journey: compression bands all gone, edge tape badly frayed here and there, and some dents in the heavy cardboard. All's well that ends well! ADDENDUM: after a couple of months and many hours on the machine, I can say that it works well for me as a whole body exerciser. As a set of muscles gets tired, another set seems to fill in almost automatically. None of the major muscles are overworked; all get some work, with the partial exception of the legs in the front, as there are no cleats or straps to slip one's feet into and pull up with. Nevertheless I get a good overall workout. A very minor annoyance was a squeak in the arm bars which was easily fixed with some oil spray; now it is totally silent. Bottom line - I'm using it regularly, with no danger of injuring my ancient stiff joints.

Kinda pricey
I've been looking at this for a long time..the price kept me at bay, but the reviews are really good and Im having my second knee surgery and felt I needed this to help with my recovery time..it was fairly easy for my daughter and I to put together..it's really smooth and quiet, really sturdy..it seems to work well but I haven't determined if the cost was justified ..time will tell

Worth every penny
I was in Physical Therapy for six weeks for sciatica. I wanted to get my steps in, but I couldn’t walk for very long because of the pain issue due to the pinched nerve. This has been wonderful. I can get in my steps without any pressure on my lower back. I got the $850 version, I’m 4 feet 10, 116 pounds. I love it and it does the trick. It’s a quality piece of equipment and a great value for the money. It was fairly easy to assemble and only took about four hours. I highly recommend this.

Best excersize equipment ever!
I bought this in 2020 almost 6 years ago and I still love it and it's still in great shape and going strong. I can't say enough about this machine. Whether you want hardcore excersize or smooth take is easy this machine will not let you down. Quiet as a mouse. Literally no noise. Easy on the joints. Best excersize equipment I have ever purchased. I had a treadmill but this wore on my knees. Like I said I can't say enough great about this. Zero buyers remorse. This works and performs the very same as a piece of gym equipment that costs thousands of dollars.

Solid, quiet, but maybe not great for tall people
UNPACKING. If you know of someone who would be willing to unpack and assemble this beast for, say, $200, consider yourself fortunate and get out your checkbook. This thing is entombed in approximately 30 lbs. of cardboard, wood, tape, styrofoam, and other materials and simply unpacking it is a chore. The upside is that the contents are well-protected. In terms of effort, the unpack is about two-thirds of the total workload, not counting whatever you will do with the vast amount of packing materials. ASSEMBLY. Once it is unpacked, the assembly begins. It’s not all bad: the instructions are excellent, and each little bag of screws and bolts has been labeled STEP 1, STEP 2, and so on which is extremely helpful. A few things are tricky, including times when you have to stand it up to perform a step. It is heavy. My wife will gladly trade husbands with the woman who wrote that her husband assembled it in one hour. My wife’s husband took about four times that long. OPERATION. How does it work? It is solid, heavy, and will probably last a LONG time even with an overweight blob like me abusing it. As others have written, it’s very quiet. The control panel is readable and the programs are intuitive. I can’t give it a five-star rating, however: (1) the seat isn’t all that comfortable, and (2) at my height (6’ 2”) it is impossible to get a full arm extension. It does give a good full-body workout. CONCLUSION. I wish I had been able to try it out before buying. If you’re tall, this may not be the best choice for you. But I’m not sorry I bought it, and it is perfect for my 5’ 4” wife.
