I started taking these Lion’s Mane capsules because I’d heard a lot about the focus and memory benefits, and honestly I’m glad I gave them a try. After a couple of weeks, I noticed I was feeling sharper and more on the ball at work, and even my mood felt a bit more balanced. It’s not some crazy overnight change, but more like a steady improvement that you actually notice. The capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I really like that they’re vegan and made in the UK. The added black pepper is a nice touch too since it helps with absorption. Also, the fact that one bottle lasts 6 months is amazing – definitely great value. I’ll be sticking with these for the long run.

I take this in the evening along with the Nu U Nutrition magnesium supplement and it relaxes me and helps me sleep. I purchase most of my supplements from Nu U Nutrition including the inulin 1kg powder for my 87 year old dad. They have lots of promotions and are generous with free goodies with them.

A convenient and affordable way to get a good therapeutic dose of essential mushrooms. To avoid any problems with swallowing, i open two caps in hot water and drink it as a beverage. Not difficult to get used to the taste.

Sent very quickly, easy to take with virtually no taste (but I mean, who cares? They're capsules!). I only ever really buy Nu U's platinum range due to the better (and fewer unneccessary) ingredients. Always sent quickly and always high quality.

The mushroom complex itself is a good product and seems effective. However, the price is significantly higher compared to other brands that use the same manufacturer. You can find similar formulations for nearly half the cost elsewhere. Because of this, I’m giving it 3 stars — it’s just not good value for money.
