My parrot is a Mexican yellow head, about 50 years old. She has been eating and enjoying these "cheerios" for years, and she is very healthy. The food remains very clean in her bowl between feed changes, there is very little waste, and its remains fresh for a couple days in her bowl between changes. She loves it!

All of my 6 parrots, 2 African Greys, 3 Amazons & an Indian Ringneck have eaten Pretty Bird for about 25 years. Once in a while I’ve tried others, but this is what they all go for.

My birds love them there seed free that it doesnt have any fatty in it where it helps with the bird’s longevity of life. Seeds are supposed to be used only as a treat or snack to train

My 46 year old Yellow Nape Amazon parrot refuses to eat any brand of pellet except Pretty Bird. The bag arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to give to my sun conure, Mango, who had previously been on an all seed diet. It took about two weeks to gradually make the switch to an all pellet diet. At first, he was very stubborn and would throw the pellets all out, but now he eats them without fuss! Mango is pretty picky so I don't know if there is a taste difference or what, but sometimes he will eat the pellets of one color, but not another. To avoid this, I read that it's best to make sure all the pellets a bird eats are the same color. The pellets are also somewhat big for him. If you watch the video of him eating, you'll see how many pieces fly off. Often times, I have to break up the pieces a bit so that he doesn't make a big mess or dump them all in water. Once he finishes these, I will buy the smaller size for him.

Our Amazon has been eating these pellets in her daytime cage for most of her 24 years. She likes the and she is healthy.

This food was not sold in the city I live in. I had to go out of town to buy it. Now I can just order it on Amazon and it's here in a couple of days. No more running out. My African gray has eaten this food all his life. It gives him the vitamins he needs and he likes it.
