Nice cooler overall. the fact you can flatten when not in use is nice for storage. it worked almost as well as a higher end 5 day cooler.Biggest downside, is that the pictures make it look like it is rectangular in shape. the bottom is, but the top is not. it's 1 zipper that goes across, so you lose some storage space and it makes it more awkward for packing when full as you lose some space due to the shape. You then strap down the sides so you can't easily just unzip it to get in. A traditional rectangular shaped zipper top that can flip back would have been nicer.Either way, the cooler shock ice packs are the best. They do a great job of keeping ice and everything cold for extended periods of time. This cooler has some pockets inside to hold some in place as well.

This insulated cooler will keep frozen food frozen for hours. This is important to me because, with traffic, it may take me two hours or more to get home from the point of purchase of frozen food. I have been instrumental in facilitating the sale of this product to a number of people because they can see food stays frozen while theirs is almost defrosted in the same amount of time. This is an invaluable product. The only disadvantage is that the pulls on both zippers have broken. In order to continue to use the zippers, we had to use zip-lock ties. To me, that's a flaw that could easily be fixed, should the manufacturer be aware of this recurring problem.

Excellent customer service with seller; very quick to respond & resolve. Cooler and ice packs work great. Only downside is cooler with 2 ice packs in it is so bulky and heavy; not much room inside. Also definitely recommend the mesh bags for the ice packs. They have sharp edges.

WOW! So happy I found this product before our PCS move! I was looking at having to donate 2,000+ ounces of frozen breastmilk but I found these coolers and ice packs and I was able to take ALL my frozen breastmilk with us from Kansas to Alaska and it was still completely frozen after 16+ hours! Definitely worth it

Good idea and I went all in - buying the largest cooler, extra freezer packs, mesh bags, etc. When filled with foods, liquids & frozen packs, the cooler is VERY heavy and cumbersome to move and carry. I suggest you put the cooler with frozen packs in your vehicle first, then add the food/drinks. If you'll be traveling, know that the freezer packs must be frozen every day, which takes several hours. So unless you can stay in one place with a freezer long enough to fully freeze the packs, the cooler will NOT keep the contents chilled and prevent spoilage. BTW my cooler also leaked - making a wet patch on the carpeted floor of my car. This system may be best suited for a picnic in the parking lot before a football game.

I bought this cooler and ice packs to take to the beach. With 2 ice packs and pre chilled drinks it sat on hot sand for 10 hours and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I carry it in my truck now for bottled water at work and it works great. I just bought the smaller ice packs to use in a lunch box and they work well also. I would recommend this product over any other versions of ice packs I've used in the past.

The cooler shock packs and cooler are great! The cooler has nice insulation. Have used the cooler and packs on a boat and a hot ATV trail with the temps in the mid to upper 80’s. The drinks stayed cold all day and into the night!

The item was great quality, but was much Bigger than expected. I needed it to bring frozen breastmilk on the airplane, and this ended up being way too big. I think it would work great if you weren't expecting to carry it around a lot
