The product is very good and it is good performance I have been using persons very long time but this product which have received was defect I don't know maybe some manufacturing defect but overall the product is very good and compared with other brands

Poor after sales service in Goa
This one was DOA. The usual click click sound. Unfortunately my engineer took longer than the return window and the company asked me to contact the service centre. Went to the service centre in Panaji Goa and the person in charge told me to register online. And then come back again. The only option on the site was to register myself. Not the product / serial number. Why can’t the Seagate reps in Goa guide properly? Sone lousy company handling Seagate in goa. It’s been my trusted brand for 15 years but first time I have encountered a failure. Hope it gets replaced. Looks like it’s arduous warranty issue buying Seagate from Amazon? Hope the company helps in this matter. 2 of the 3 Seagates 4tb failed in this order. Amazon accepted one back and refunded.

Not gonna be detected by the system.
This storage Device is not being detected by laptops or PC, such a Waiste of money, segate costumer care doesn't provide any help. Moreover I think it to be refurbished one. So you Better not to purchase it online but offline after checking it in a Shop first.
