I've been using this for a few weeks and already see its benefits. I read tons of similar products' reviews before choosing this one. Having never used anything like this, I was concerned by the reviews of other products but this one has no weird taste and dissolves easily in a bit of warm water. I put one scoop in the morning hot coffee. Or dissolve in a bit of warm water and add to my cold brew. Couldn't be easier.I noticed my nails were stronger and seemed to grow faster within days. We've had two back-to-back hurricanes here and I noticed my bruises and blisters from debris clean up were healing more quickly than usual. Also, I'm 71 and after 5 days of cleaning debris and 8 days of no electricity, my muscles and joints are hardly sore.Definitely will continue to use and buy this brand. Good value for the cost.

My nails have felt stronger too.I opted for the unflavored version so I could mix it in with coffee or smoothies. It dissolves really well with minimal to no clumping. There isn't an after taste to others I've tried before I found this brand.

Really good price point with five types of collagen. I’ve tried and bunch and have never really noticed a difference, and this one is the same. I wanted to try one with five types and was a little worried since one of the types is derived from fish. But there is no fish smell or taste (real or imaginary)
