It has a great balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which really helps with hydration, energy, and preventing cramps—especially during workouts or long, active days. I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and have just purchased these for the first time after hearing about them for a couple of years. The watermelon flavour smells like the candy watermelon slices! 😍 they help me with my hydration, keeping my sodium levels up and my overall energy levels and recovery 🙌🏼

Already Open when it arrived
The item had been opened when it arrived. There were 29 sachets instead of 30 and now I’m questioning the authenticity of the product. Don’t buy!

I really like the LMNT electrolyte drink mix but I usually drink the unflavored one. Although the flavored ones do not contain sugar, they have 2 g of carbohydrates and stevia leaf extract. 10 calories per serve. I would but this product again though as a good replacement for sports drinks.
