Window Film
I've ordered the 5% window film twice. Ive used film to do my house windows. I had absolutely no problems applying film (Dispite bad reviews from other people, which they were probably tinting automotive windows, that are much harder to do unless your some what experienced at tinting car windows) I would not have a problem recommending the window film/tint. Also, don't know exact thickness of 5% film but it was much thick than 3M's 5% window film, which also makes film much easier to work with applying to glass. Great product for price and good quality.

The tint DOES do the job, and looks good. . . from a distance.
We have done tint maybe 2 other times, so yes, we are beginners, but, this tint is very finicky. We watched all the installation videos, super cleaned the glass, heat-shrunk it to fit the shape of the glass before installing, took our time, and still had a lot of trouble with it. I had seen an earlier review stating that the way they saw it, it was made for house windows, and not much more. They may have been right. It also seems to scratch kind of easily.I know you're wondering with this much of a complaint, why am I giving it 4 stars?1) The tint DOES look amazing from the outside, which gives my husbands S10 a nice look. Just don't get too close.2) The cab stays SO much cooler now!! It's an old square body S10, and it's black, so it's been really, REALLY, hot in that tiny cab, with NO hiding from the sun!! First day driving after tint was almost 10 degrees hotter outside, but we were nice and cool for once, and the AC worked way better.3) Just from the initial coloring of the tint, I can tell that they were being honest about it not turning purple later down the road near as much as traditional tint. It is a true grey black, due to it not being a dyed tint.I still feel like much of my "complaint" is due to our inexperience, so by all means, if you know what you're doing, give it a shot, this tint will probably be amazing for you!!!

Best tint offered on Amazon.
I promise you when I say I’ve tried every tint offering from Amazon, all of them good, none of them have been great. This is the best tint I’ve come across on Amazon. It’s application is smooth, the shade levels are accurate, and MOST importantly it’s visibility is sharp, very sharp. The problem with other tints on Amazon are they may be great in application or even removal, but they’re all hazy and they drove me nuts. This is the first time I looked out the window after application and took a sigh of relief that I have finally found the one. Best of luck, I hope this helps.

Garbage Tint (Not real ceramic tint either)
Tried contacting the seller to resolve the issue before giving a bad review, but you can't do that, so here we are.To preface, I used to install tint. It began fairly easy and the windows I was doing weren't difficult, but once this tint is on the window that's where all the problems began. For whatever reason it would not line up once cut. It stuck to the window long enough to create cling then began sliding around. It would not lay completely on the window thus creating bubble creases no matter how you flattened it. Remove it too many times and the edges crease to the point that piece is trash. The quality of the tint is sus as well. It is very cloudy when it is supposed to be clearer than "normal" tint. It began bubbling even after it adhered to the glass, though the bubbling was not what I have seen before. I'd look at other tint before buying this again... especially since it's not really ceramic tint.

Good product but
The knife that comes with the roll damaged the cut twice before I switched to using my own knife. The film is strong and can kinkneasily when applying if you let it go of your hands while applying. Otherwise, the roll per se is a good option instead of paying $400 at the tint shop.

I got more that I bargained for!
The tint is good so therefore it's not super easy to work with. That's kinda the rule of thumb with window tint, the easier the cheaper it is. I had ordered 35% ceramic window tint at 25' and let's just say I got enough to do the job more times than I want to! The only bad thing is they sent me 20% BUT I was on the fence about 20% or 35% so in a way, I'm glad they chose for me. The value is obviously great, and the performance of heat blocking/uv a b c or whatever, it does a good job at what it's supposed to do in keeping my hummer h1 much cooler than without any at all, or the junky factory tint car manufacturers use that start spotting, bubbling or pealing, and everyone hates that purple color it turns. This tint feel thicker than most which gives it a better shot at keeping the vehicle cooler and protecting the interior from damage and fade! I would buy and or recommend.

My first tint experience
I did not have any issue with the quality of the product. With that being said, I did however encounter scrape marks while trying to remove excess soapwater solution and bubbles. I wrapped provided squeegee with a micro fiber cloth as the instruction video suggested. What I learned from this was that you should use more solution, the more the better. If the tint sticks to the windlw as soon as it's placed on the window then don't be afraid to pull it back a little and spray more solution onto the glass. If the whole sheet of tint is movable on the window it's good, otherwise it will be more difficult to adjust and remove the bubbles. I also found it beneficial to tape the top to the window so the tint doesn't move once it's aligned so you can concentrate on removing solution/bubbles. After that, pay attention as it sets up so that you can continue to squeegee the tint, I noticed that after I thought the job was done and I was good to start the next window the film started to have issues at the edges and I needed to continue with the squeegee to prevent air channels ( not sure how to discribe). After these stopped forming, the windows were done. The second window I put the tint on was fine. One review I read prior to purchasing stated their tint looked milky/hazed, I used a clear dish soap in the solution I made and have seen no sign of this. I hope this may be helpful to those like myself who have not yet tried to install tint. Enjoy your day🙂

Don’t use the tools they provide
The product it self is good but the tools are bad quality it will scratch the Tint.
