Mom all the way
Made this purchase solely for my mom and I have no personal experience with the actual product. But I’ve heard no complaints from her so I’m only assuming she loves it.

Hardy meal
I enjoyed the grain cereal, it's like eating cream of wheat only smoother and hardy. All I added was 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 🥜.I found in the internet receipes to make bread 🍞, pancakes, and muffins.I plan on trying out these recipes beside the porridge style. What a difference in trying out new food.Thank you 😊

Powerhouse of nutrition!
If you know, you know. Teff is a powerhouse of nutrition. I tried looking at a couple local grocery stores unfortunately none carry it so of course found it on Amazon. Arrived quickly and everything was nicely sealed up and protected. Product looks good, had no bugs or debris and taste super yummy, as a porridge. I haven't experimented with cooking it any other way. The only thing I found odd, was that the grains seemed somewhat magnetized to my fingers when I ran them ever so slowly just above the actual grains. I don't know that that's normal, obviously didn't stop me from eating it but thought I'd share in the event that someone could shed some light on why that might happen.

Delicious, Nutritious Superfood
I only like the Ivory - add enough salt and butter - I cook it 10 minutes longer to make it creamier - add a bit more water when you do this - I am into good gut food - it doesn’t get better than this

Tasty grain i add to my oatmeal
I make oatmeal for breakfast almost every day and have done so for many years. I usually add blueberries, bananas and pumpkin seeds. I learned about teff several years ago and began including a little teff in my oatmeal. I cook about 1/16th of a cup of teff in 1.3 cups of water for 10 minutes and then add 1/2 cup of oatmeal for another five minutes. It tastes quite different from plain oatmeal and seems to give me even more energy. And it all tastes really yummy. Writing this has made me hungry for some right now!

If you want to use it as a substitute for Persian teff, it doesn't work
I used Persian teff for liver detox and It worked amazing. I bought this product as a substitution for that, It feels and tastes oily as if they roasted Persian teff and fried that using oil. I don't like the taste and smell and I am not satisfied overall.
