No more double readers!
I bought these for my office co-worker for Christmas because she's always asking me to read numbers for her and having to use double readers haha! She opened them and absolutely loved them! The light has 3 different brightness settings and comes with everything as advertised. The lenses are very well made and came without any scratches or smudges, and the case is perfect for it. They do feel a little tight around the ears but maybe that is adjustable and i just didn't see how to. The magnification if the lenses go up extremely high and they are very easy to get lenses in and out.

Excellent for detail work.
So far they work great. I use them for embroidery and they are so much better than any other magnifying contraption I've had in the past. After several hours I notice the nose piece digs just a bit but barely noticeable and easily fixable with a nose pad.

Very helpful, good quality glass!
Very helpful, good quality glass! Wonderful for reading, knitting and any other activities requiring a good vision. The glass also comfortable and they stay on the head perfectly. Actually it changed my life for the better.

pretty cool and useful.
Giving this four stars because while they're VERY useful and customizable, the battery life for the light isn't the greatest. To be fair, it's rechargeable, so it's not like you'll be chucking batteries all the time, but if you're wanting to sit down for an extended period of crafting, you're likely going to start seeing dimming after a while. (I'm not talking a very short time - you'll get a decent amount of time of light.. but again, if you really want to sit for quite a while working, it will dim.) There are several sets of lenses so you can adjust your magnification strength. It's... FAIRLY comfortable, although the nose piece is a little rough on the nose, but not enough to make them a pain to wear. Overall worth the price and great for anything where you need to pay attention to small details.

So easy to use with great results.
A huge aid in looking at small print or at small items. I’ve recommended to all my friends I like the various lenses you can select for each project.

Very happy
I’ve only used it once and I’m still adjusting but it seems good. Not too heavy, the lenses are easy to put in and out and the whole set up even fits over my regular glasses. I was very impressed by that. They seem well made and are solid.

Good idea… But Could Be Better
Pros- Reasonably priced, Allows hands free activities, Variety of lens strengths, Simple lens attachment Cons- Bulky, Too heavy to wear more than a couple hours Suggestions- Market an alternative version. Don’t always need the light- so lose that feature and eliminate charging and thus- lessen weight, Provide adjustable neck strap to allow carrying and quick “on/off” capability (great while shopping), Then cut the price for income limited seniors! KEEP THE LENS VARIETY

Great for knitting and crochet
I have been trying to make a water bottle cozy for a friend and found I could not see the stitches well enough to see if I made an error.. This pair of magnifying glasses arrived today and I was able to finish the project in a few hours. The light is very bright and has two settings. The lower setting was bright enough for me and the lowest magnification too. The set comes with five different strength magnifying inserts that snap into the frame. They are very easy to change. It also comes with a soft cloth for cleaning the lenses, a USB cord for charging, a tiny screw driver for adjusting the tension of the ear pieces so you can set it to fit your head, and there is a black elastic strap I think is for holding the glasses on, but I can't imagine what one would be doing that would be so energetic the glasses might fall off. The angle of the light can be adjusted and the average focal length of the lenses is about 12 inches. So you might want to consider how far away from your eyes the work you plan to do is so the image won't be blurry if too far or too close. The nose piece sits on the bridge of the nose and for me was very comfortable. The glasses came fully charged and it is advised not to use the glasses while charging. The USB cord does not come with an outlet adapter but you probably have several around the house already. A full charge lasts 7.5 hours on the less bright setting, and I think the bright setting lasts about three hours. The instructions say the lenses can scratch but they included a box that will hold all of the lenses. The frame is plastic and I would think it will need gentle care, I don't think it would last long if you were rough with it. I am very happy with this purchase because it both magnifies and shines a light where I need it.
