TYNOR Patellar Support, Grey, Universal Size, 1 Unit

This is one product that sticks and exactly does what it promises to. I have purchased several knee, patellar, and joint support contraptions; none practical. They never held in place or supported the joints. This one holds and supports the joints, I purchased the first unit with part pessimism and part hopefulness- ended up buying a second one to support both the knees at once. Great product, well priced - recommended.

Product is good but since it has four valcro strips which is dificult to tie and adjust in comparison to other similar products available in the market

Physiotherapist said my patella is taking a lot of pressure from my heavy bodybuilding workouts, hence the knee pain from injury to patellar ligament. All these time I thought I had arthritis/meniscus injury/reduced knee joint space and got blood tests for arthritis(Rh factor), blood test for vit d3 deficiency, uric acid and took knee x-rays. Everything turned out to be fine. Then I used this to support for both my knees(Bought two), paired with stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors(whose tightness will pull on the knee and cause knee pain) and voila, the knee pain is gone. Then I went back to leg pressing 300 pounds 6 sets of 15, and the knee pain was back despite using the patellar support band by tynor. Doctor said it takes years for ligaments to heal. You need joint support supplements. Hence I ditched leg press and now I am fine. I am a female bodybuilder who doesn't use anabolics to preserve my feminity, hence natural people are more prone to injuries and slow recoveries. I have been using this tynor band for an year now almost every day to the gym, even on upper body days, as standing with dumbbells and carrying around plates gives strain to your knee, and the tynor bands have been sturdy with no damage to both of it so far. I am a very happy customer. This small band also doubles up as a joint support for all the leg workouts, instead of struggling with knee wraps and knee sleeves. Five star. Update- replaced with a new pair (tynor pro). Apparently, u need to replace the knee support every one-two years/when you feel pain. Bodybuilders can use them on biceps and lats/upper back days for standing workouts to prevent knee pain. P.S- I use footpro customised insoles with adidas strength training shoes as I get plantar fascitis from heavy single leg split squats. This also leads to knee and hip pain.

The product is already half broken. It was too narrow for my knee to begin with. But Amazon refused to take it back. I still tried using it for my injury but it tore and is tearing further now. Absolutely useless product. Absolutely terrible customer service too. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It has helped immensely and my recent vacation to the hills proved my knees are well - supported with these patella supports.Easy to wear and can be worn all day with no discomfort. It can be carried in a small purse as it takes very less space.Wonderful product.

The product is exactly as shown in the pictures. Build quality seems good. There are gel/silicon pads on the inner side of both pads, it's comfortable to wear. I am a regular at gym and badminton, since last month I have been suffering from knee pain that I experience every time I jerk my knees or put pressure on them. I ordered these arter looking through many products online. They do seem to provide some relief from pain as soon as I tried them, the strap helps hold the patella in place hence reducing the stress on it and subsequently releiving the pain, I have to test it while playing to update how it feels and performs during physical activities.

Got this for my son and it was a big help to his knee pain! Of course it took some time to get use to, but once he did significant improvement. It’s not bulky at all! I would say the Velcro quality is great. We’ve had it for six to eight months and still going strong. Not expensive. This was recommended by his Sport Medicine Doctor!

It didn't fit well for larger size leg. It kept sliding down. No recommended.

Very helpful. I have tried many 'help' items for my knees. This one is slightly different, and work great for me. I think the single strap behind the 'knee bend' when walking helps you to maintain your natural walking 'gait' I have used larger supports and 1 that ends up layering the straps on top on one another to fasten. To bulky.

Not for skinny people at all. There is terrible adjustment availability. At the tightest it can possibly go it still comes completely off. Guess only old and heavy people can use this product. The quality of the Velcro is awful as well so it wouldn’t have lasted long anyway.
