We’ve used Biogaia probiotics since my babies were born—first the drops, before moving to these. Their probiotics were recommended by several nurses and moms to help with gas, and I’ve seen it make a difference in my kids regularity. My kids love the taste of these chewable probiotics; I have to remind them that they’re only allowed one per day. So maybe make sure you keep them in a place not easily accessible by children so they don’t accidentally overdose. Also probiotics are best if taken at the same time daily, so keep that in mind. We actually make probiotics part of our daily routine, which helps. Wish they were a bit cheaper but I rather pay for good quality, effective supplements than go cheap on something else.

Kids take them without hesitation so no issues there. They have been on them for about two weeks now and a strange/ unexpected thing has happened. My kids seem to be more adverse to eating processed/ kid junk. My toddler wanted my poached eggs and toast over her normal little packaged muffins, my son has been eating and preferring the whole foods we prepare (meatloaf, roasted veggies, etc.) over his usual hot dogs he asks for. At first i thought it was just me being crazy but my spouse noticed it too. Also we currently have Flu A, but kids symptoms are very mild.

I love that this has vitamin d and a probiotic. The cost is too high in my opinion but I know this brand is good quality. My child takes it with no issue, they taste good.
