Rubbish. I used it for 20 mins (2x10 Mon sessions) with the least resistance band and it fell apart in my hands.Contacted seller who refunded straight away and didn't want me to return it so that's why it's got one start.

The exerciser is good I do 100 every day and it does make a difference the only problem I have is the bands I have already broken one .

I like this exercise equipment as it is convenient and easy to use. My 91 year old Mother uses it too. It is helpful to have 3 different levels of difficulty bands as well.The only negative thing is that pads on forearm rests need to be more padded for people with slimmer arms.Easy

Useful and portable

Simple to use and effective. After 2 weeks using 2-3 times a day, for the time it takes to brew a cup of tea, I am noticing a different in my arm shape and strength.I would recommend this 100%.It is also useful that it folds away when not in use.

Very disappointed..after waiting weeks for delivery it fell apart after 5 days & couldn't be fixed. I ordered another one from another company & 2 months in so far so good.
