Great gym hat
Needed a new workout hat made from workout material. Old adidas one finally got broken down from wear and being washed. Purchased this one which has been great. Looks great on most people. Moisture wicking during workouts. Quality is there. Unsure what urban effort is exactly, but they make great hats that are affordable for people who dont feel they need to flex Alo, Lulu, etc.

10/10 best value for money and a nice hat all around. It's a high crown sports hat that fits perfectly. Very high quality materials and surprisingly durable, i own 3 of these now and have bought inferior ones from similar companies... I recently returned one from a company with the initials BB and ordered another one of these instead... my only gripe? We need more colors, make a green and dark blue one. I should also say that I've had 2 white hats from Urban Effort for 6 months and it's been extremely dirty on several occasions, a little bit of dawn dish soap and hot water and they clean up to looking brand new. I'll continue buying these hats for as long as they keep making them and selling them for a reasonable price

Too high of a crown
Good quality hat, the only problem is it sits way too high and pushes my ears out. I was looking more for a goorin bro fit and unfortunately this was not it.

Nice Hat, Not A True “Performance Hat”
Great looking hat. This is my second hat from this brand and I stuck with them because the hat height looks great on me. I hate shallow hats since my head isn’t small. Love the look and it feels fine. My only complaint is that it’s not a true active hate. It can maybe wick away some water but it’s not elastic and it’s about as heavy as the other hats. That’s fine but I wouldn’t want to use this at the gym or dunk in the water all day.

Good quality
The packaging was really nice, came in a box so the hat doesn’t get crushed during shipping. The hat quality is top tier, great material and breathable for hot days. The fit is decent, I got a big head and I think it looks pretty good on me. I really like the logo, cool simple design and sleek, will match a lot of my gym outfits. Great buy!
