Another update (2024): we still take these but I'm now just taking one a day because I'm getting most of my nutrients through food now as I've become very conscious of eating for health. Update: My husband and I have been taking these for months now. They are truly the best vitamins I have ever taken. We bought more bottles so we won't run out any time soon. I was concerned about the effects becoming less noticable over time, but it hasn't happened. I feel as good as when I first started. Try these for a month and you'll see! Original Review: Love these vitamins! These are the best I have ever tried. I take one a day and I felt almost an instant boost in performance. Within the first three days I noticed that I had more stamina during runs. The first week I cut a full 1.5 minutes off my mile time (each mile of my run). I didn't change anything else, so I know the vitamins played a huge part. I did stop taking them for a week (because I forgot) and I noticed a drop in performance again. Obviously, they need to be taken everyday to be completely effective. That is the case with any vitamin though. These are the real deal. I just wish they didn't have soy in them...they would be perfect.

I have to admit...I was very skeptical about a vitamin that was tailored to runners...and who are vegan. Being vegan, yes it is tough sometimes to get the proper nutrients needed to sustain yourself day in and day out training. I run around 5-6 miles a day in Florida so it can get very hot and really hammer my body. I started taking these on a Saturday and ran my first run on Monday. I can tell you I noticed a measurable difference from the onset of my run. It usually takes me a mile to get feeling comfortable and into my groove. I immediately felt like I was in the groove and ran my first mile about 30 seconds faster than I normally do. The back end of my run was still the same that I've been accustomed to. I didn't have a significant drop off in stamina. I did my standard recovery stretching routine. The next morning my legs and calves felt better and my knees and ankles felt "fresh" (if that makes sense). Overall I'm extremely happy and will be buying more down the road.

Since taking these vitamins, my energy before a run, during a run, & afterwards is at a high.

This product seriously helps with bone pain and took the pain right out of my feet I highly recommend

Great product for runners

I purchased these when I couldn’t get hold of the usual vitamins I use when I start to intensify my cycling training. It’s a good broad spectrum vitamin with good levels of A,C, E and the B’s....and some fruit blend and enzymes. Some people report increased energy or endurance. I didn’t find them to help in that way. But i don't look to vitamins to be an ergogenic aid. My only issue is for some reason they are very hard to swallow. I think its due to their density. A lot is packed in that tablet. And you really need a big gulp of water to get them down. For what they contain the price is OK. Not great but not bad. I guess at the end of the day I would say its a complete vitamin source, nothing more, nothing less.
