Este suplemento es ideal si es para una persona que esté bajo tratamiento de estatinas. La eficacia no está demostrada 100%, pero hay personas que mejoran tras su toma. En concreto ayuda a paliar dolores musculares asociados al secuestro de la Q10 por las estatinas. Por probar nunca se pierde nada. En nuestro caso personal han sido todo un acierto.
