Warm-up agility exercises with Ballon(9 inch-double layers)

Step-1 Keep the racket face 90 degrees up and down to the body and put the balloon still,move around, try to control the ball and not to let balloon get off the racket.Repeat the exercise 10 times x 3 groups.
Step 2:Holding the racket, up and down the balloon, remind the children to control their strength, try not to let the balloon land or drift away. Repeat the exercise 10 times x 3 groups.
After warm-up exercises, parents may consider continuing their training by using a red ball(stage 3 ball 75mm size) or foam ball.
