I was gonna start looking for a massage chair, but when I saw the prices on them, I investigated further and found this mat. It is every bit as any good massage chair I’ve sat in. I am 5 feet 11 I weigh about 170 pounds and this fits me perfectly because of the adjustable and neck. Make sure as a woman you put the proper intensity on. I used it on a high intensity the first two times and it was too much for me. But I have reduced it now to a lower intensity and it just fits beautifully. This doesn’t have rollers. It’s more of like an air pillow, push against your body to stretch it and hit the pressure points. I have never felt so good.

I am very pleased with this mat. I've used it after doing my P.T., and it seems to help. I like that you can control the level of heat, or you can turn the heating element off entirely. You can isolate your neck, back and hips and have the mat focus on these areas. I'm glad I purchased this. My granddaughter, and her son (7 y/o) both like it. My granddaughter has promised to buy her own and stop borrowing mine. LOL! I don't think you'll be disappointed in purchasing this mat.

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

I’ve waited three weeks to write this review. This massager is absolutely awesome! I gave it four stars because the only thing missing is the actual massage. It needs more massage great for stretching and pumping your blood with tapping and heat… But I wanted a Swedish massage.. it doesn’t have it. Still the best in comparison to others on Amazon. Would suggest.

After 4 months I have to say this was definitely well worth its price! Nice massage and I was surprised at the pressure and comfort of the experience. I would buy it again if it ever breaks. It's already paid for itself in free massages.

Great if you like your massage as opposed to Shitzu massage. I would’ve preferred. It has no blood pressure. But it was good overall.
