I have purchased a couple bottles of these and compared with other spiked support blends this has a great amount of each ingredient than others, so I really like the potency. This is my favorite and it’s most cost effective too!

I take 1 capsule daily (1/2 of the recommended dose), and it’s perfect. You have to be careful with nattokinase because so many products don’t actually have as much or even the same ingredient claimed. Maybe the enzymes are just destroyed processing with the other guys. I know this one works, because it works too well when I take 2 for multiple days in a row. This isn’t enough FU in a single dose for therapeutic anti-atherosclerosis, as reported in several studies- typically 6000-7500 FU or more, but it does convey other benefits at this lower dose. I tried skipping it for a while, but noticed my BP was lower when I took it, so I’m back at it.

I took this while doing a parasite cleanse. The first week of the cleanse I did not have it and then started this the second week and could really tell a difference! I love that it has all natural ingredients and helps break down a parasites biofilm.
