I was prescribed something similar to this a couple years ago and lost a lot of weight with the help of exercise also. I was able to find this and the pills look exactly the same as the ones I was prescribed except this you take 2 pills at the time instead of just the 1 a day. It says on the bottle to take 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner. But I only took 2 in the morning and it does make you feel full and more energetic, I will recommend to make sure you drink plenty of water. I have been taking it the past 2 days and have realized I am not hungry feeling throughout the day. Good product so far.
