Amazing the core is out of steel and the grinder is made out of steel. So its somewhat heavy The bottom cup is made of ceramic and the top has a gripy feel to it. Overall very high quality and gives consistent grind. Recommend for v60 and drip coffee but not for espresso as it takes some time to grind and your arms might get tired and a little sore. So not great for morning espresso's. and you might use up the grinder faster and reduce its lifespan. Also the capacity is around 30-33 grams if you fill it completely. So its for 1-2 persons. if more you have to grind another batch. I had an issue where some coffee dust might get stuck in the steel grinder but I think if you spray very little amount of water on the beans before grinding helps reduce it. And some people use the brush to clean it.

1万円台で手に入るハンドグラインダーとしてはトップクラスの商品だと思います。 細かいマイナーチェンジも行われており そこがシリコンで滑りにくくなったり蓋もプラからアルミへ変更されています。 ブランドの考え方かもしれませんが引き目の調整が粉受けを開けてから行うタイプでなく 粉受けを開けなくてもそのまま行えるようになると良いなと思います。 また、粉受けがアルミのスクリュー式なのでキシキシする感じがあるので こちらもマグネット式になると良いと思います。 この2点が改善されれば最高のグラインダーになるとは思いますが コストは上がるので難しいところかと思います。 肝心の引き具合は鋭利なステンレスの派手切るように豆がサクサク挽けて 粒度も割と安定していて微粉も少なめです。 ノブが折り畳めるのはコンパクトで良いのですが 引き具合は通常の固定式のほうが若干楽です。 こちらは好みや保管環境や持ち運びの有無でお決めになるのが良いと思います。
