Additionally, their customer service person contacted me directly to ensure that I was getting the proper product and also asked if I wanted to be notified when another of their products that I'm interested in became available. As for the case it will easily accommodate my folded suit jacket along with my laptop and accessories........with room to spare.Exceptional quality, price and customer service.

My husband has a Rimowa that he really likes but I stumbled on ALEON when I tried to find other comparable brand on the market. Most of the reviews were very positive, and I decided to get one. I was not disappointed, the carryon is very well made, looks very stylish and exactly what I needed. I love the fact this is a carryon that fits underneath the seat for easy access.

So the suitcase is beautiful and did it’s work for a month. After the month passed the problems started to appeared. First the handle disconnected and the pins fell off. Send them a mail and after 2-3 weeks got a delivery with pins no instruction or a way to put the on because the pins are not a regular screwdriver heads. Then the real problem began - the wheels just fell off fortunately I found it Somewhere on the road and no way to put it back. No response from emails no way to fix it a waste of my money. Please be aware and do not throw your money like I did. I’m so sorry I ever bought it
