**Update** Unfortunately this unit must be faulty, after doing the review, upon restarting, it then failed to boot and needed resetting. Happened twice, so returned due to fault. Shame as its a nice tablet.Ordered this tablet to replace an ipad that wont update, and this was in the price bracket that i could afford. Very good quality packaging, and on unboxing, the tablet looks very well made. Charge was already at 97% when i plugged in, which meant i could start the setup process straight way, which was good.Had no problem connecting to wifi and the setup process ran through with no problems at all. Google play store runs fine and all apps on the tablet updated no problem, before i added my personal ones. Having not seen a device with android 13 before (my phone is 12) i thought the icons were a tad large, but this version of android had settings which i lowered, and all looked very good. The screen resolution looked fine after this, as can be seen in the pic, was very clear. Overall, very good value for what i paid, 64GB storage fine for me, and the tablet was very responsive, as you would expect.... Happy Customer.

This is a fantastic table given the price. I used to purchase Amazon Fire tablets for children, but they eventually became very slow within few months, given that amazon fire doesn't have Android OS (you have to workaround it). So, I decided to go with Blackview this time because they already have a variety of other products (unlike other lesser-known brands), as well as a variety of tablet covers. I got two Blackview 10-inch tablets for less than 7-inch Amazon Fire tablets, with a free 2-year warranty, this is great.I didn't expect much, but it really blew me away. It was a fantastic tablet with a bright and clear display, a smooth OS, and enough durability for children to use. The sound quality was great. My children have been using it every day for over 8 months, and it still appears as new, with no signs of sluggishness and a battery life of at least 8 hours of continuous viewing. See photos after 8 months.After 8 months, one of the tablets had a display problem in a small section of the screen, with around 5% of the tablet's upper portion not operating as intended. I contacted customer service, and while I didn't expect much because the tablet was 8 months old, the response was fast. They provided a few troubleshooting steps that didn't work, so they promptly dispatched another tablet to me.The only disadvantage at the moment is that it takes around 4 hours to fully charge, and it does not appear to support fast charging.Overall, this is an excellent purchase for the money. You receive high-quality tablet, very durable and good after-sales service.

Tablet worked amazingly for the first 6 months. Unfortunately it began to overheat, however after contacting customer services, we are being sent out a brand new tablet.Screen is nice and big. Charges easily. Great value for money.

The unit arrived well-packed and presented all seemed good until I started the initial setup. Everything was slow and the touchscreen text would not lock to Uppercase when "double-tapped". I persevered and eventually got the initial setup done. my tablet would not initially find my WiFi network I knew it was OK as I have an old Toscido Tablet, reliable but a little slow, that logged on with no problem. I rebooted the tablet and this time it found the WiFi, not a good start! I used my Google account to synchronize all apps and all seemed OK. I then tried to download from the Apps Store a Tesla App for my Powerwall 2 battery, this app I must add works fine on my older Toscido Android Tablet. The new tablet would not load the app. I switched off the Tablet as I had had enough playing around with it for the time being. On attempting to restart it the following day it would not boot up. factory default reset time! The first attempt reported Android system was unable to load and suggested another factory reset, at this point, I decided that the device was just not reliable and returned it. Pity as the price was good, it was well presented and looked and felt well made.

This is a good value WiFi tablet, overall. It comes boxed with a UK charger and USB C cable.I'd also recommend getting the cover bundle, as the cover is quite sturdy and can be used as a kickstand as well.Setup was a breeze and is the Google experience you'd expect. Screen quality is decent, with enough brightness and more than adequate resolution.It'd make a perfect tablet for kids/educational purposes, as well as streaming or downloading movies, reading news/books etc.The camera is what you'd expect from any tablet. Functional, but not doing any wonders.All in all, can't go wrong for the money. I was expecting a lot worse, but the experience so far was surprisingly good.

Edit: spoken with manufacturer, issue resolved after returning, very happy with the exemplary customer service and quality of replacement product, more in line with other blackview products I've bought in the past.Very disappointed, bought this as I am ratio rationalising my tech, delivered on time and securely, which is probably the only good thing about this transaction. Used for a day, was not that impressed with the responsiveness of the screen and a red flag was that I was getting spurious cannot connect to network errors when it was blatantly connected when setting it up. Booted it up this morning and went through 12 cycles of boot loop before the root menu came up telling me I needed to factory reset. Not having this hang over me like a sword of damocles so returned.
