BMC CTS WW2 Soviet T-34 Tank - Olive-Green 1:40 Russian T34 Plastic Army Vehicle

These BMC molded toys vary in quality and execution, but this set is an outstanding value. It comes with 2 hulls, but 4 complete turrets. This allows both the initial T-34 as it first appeared in 1941 to the great dismay of the Panzerwaffe, but also the later upgraded T-85 (3-man turret). The molding is crisp, the detail is excellent. All turrets are minimally marked with red stars (all that is really needed). A thin overall black wash, pin washes on the details, some paint work on the road wheels and tracks, and a spray of Dullcote make these impressive little models, and outstanding toys. A 5 Star value. My 8-year-old grandson jumped up and down when he received them, he was so excited.

I’ve bought this Classic Toy Soldiers tank in the past, directly from CTS in dark olive drab green, but CTS’ partnership with BMC allows this casting to be made in more of their colors, like burgundy brown and bright red. I especially like the burgundy brown version, which pairs perfectly with BMC’s recasts of the vintage Marx Battleground Europe Russian soldiers in the same color. I don’t personally prefer the yellow Soviet star on these, but they can be removed (SAFELY) using something like Goof Off. Very nice details, really good scale compared to 1/32 toy soldiers, just a really cool toy tank. Harder plastic, so not the best durability, but still solid.

This soviet tank toy model is sooo cute and cool at the same time even though it’s a tough tank it still looks adorable sitting on my shelf next to girls und panzer figures the details are really nice, and rolling it around makes me giggle hehe definitely a unique and fun piece for my collection I want t he german tank too

Super detsil. Accurate design for wwii tank. Had two turret options. Only complaint is no underside. Hallow bottom.

Great job on building this it’s super good quality I play with this for a long time when I’m bored.

If you need a T-34 in this scale, not a bad tank.
