Go for it.
I decided to change this review because I found that the product is actually working well for me. Yes, it's aggressive probiotic but it's doing the job well. I thought the inulin was the problem because I am sensitive to baker's yeast and I thought the yeast maybe feeds of this inulin. Baker's yeast is fine, my sensitivity to it comes from reaction between baker's yeast and obviously something in my gut, probably pathogenic yeast. I had a lot of bloating, gas and skin rashes but I found a way to deliver this safely. Butter. Butter is high in butyrate which feeds good bacteria. So, I open the capsule, sprinkle some of the powder into the butter and swallow it. And its helping. The L. Plantarum is aggressive probiotic, so I do expect some die off. I am taking small amounts, but I am increasing the dose every week.

Works for me!
I have used this product for a couple of years. I need only 1 in the morning to feel my best. I think it's wise to check with a doctor before starting since we all have individual needs.

Quality control
Is it normal for the capsules to be empty? Because I received two bottles of capsules today, and both bottles had one empty capsule each. I opened one bottle first, and when I saw the empty capsule, I wondered if the other bottle would have the same problem, and it did. It's not a big deal, but I hope it's only these two bottles. It would be bad if this happened repeatedly to thousands of customers.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ product
I have been buying this product for a year and it’s amazing. I buy these for my parents, my husband and me. It’s an amazing product. Doesn’t have any taste. Worth the money that you pay for. It’s not to us an appetite suppressant.

Seems to work
Seems to have really improved my sons stomach issues. Between colitis and the meds he takes for other issues he is now doing so much better.

Great Results
Was having gut issues, someone responded this. After 2 weeks my gut issues went away. Stopped taking them and got issues returned. Now I'm on my 2nd bottle and take them daily. Small size pill, no aftertaste, easy to swallow, big results.

Great addition to your yogurt starter, but with caveats
I add the contents of one capsule when making low carb yogurt, along with powdered Bulgarian yogurt (Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Streptoccus Thermophilus). L. plantarum also digests galactose, further reducing the overall carbs. (Because there are so few carbs left it can be fairly tart, so I use stevia extract to each batch.) I expect one bottle will last for years since I only refresh my starter after several cycles. Edit - Cautions: I have tried multiple ways to find out what strain(s) are being used. I'm not finding anything in labeling, comments, reviews, or on their web site. I've also tried a couple of times to submit a question to the company via their web site with no response. This tells me they either don't know or don't care. Ignorance and/or apathy are not good traits for a supplements company, so I've lowered my overall rating based on that.
