This was recommended for seniors for slee ; took daily x4 following directions ; was awake after 3 hours , Awful product !!

The directions say to take two. Two really snockered me. Taking only one works well for me. What I've noticed most is if I wake during the night I usually fall back to sleep now. Overall definitely sleeping better. ÜAlso I did not find any bad reviews about the ingredients.

I sometimes have problems falling asleep and these seem to help, They taste good and that is always a plus when it comes to gummies. I try not to use sleep aids very often, but the first three days I took them they worked. I didn't want to use something like this when I had to set the alarm and get up early, I was well rested and didn't feel drowsey in the morning like you do with some sleep aids.

These taste pretty good. They seem to help me fall asleep, but it's hard to tell if it's actually working or if it's a placebo effect. Regardless, I do get tired about 15-20 minutes after having one and fall asleep relatively quickly after that.
