Not organized, inconsistent formulas
This is one of the worst textbooks I have ever used. The information feels very cluttered and chaotic and it is not set up in an organized, consistent manner. For example, Table 3.3 uses the formula with the averages for the ANOVA table yet in the example right after it calculates the values using formulas 3.8 and 3.9. When doing the calculations by hand the method I am using varies drastically between these two formulas! Please be consistent with your formulas especially in the tables! In addition this textbook would greatly benefit with the addition of some color. For a $155 PAPERBACK textbook I would expect the tables to at least be colored. It makes finding information much more difficult when the pages are so cluttered and not color coded.

Not in “New” condition.
This book was purchased as “New” and unused. The outside of the book is covered in dirt and scuff marks. The pages are bent and dirty. This book cost way too much for this to be how I am reviewing it.

Not e-Text!
The main reason the author created a10th edition of this book is for the interactive features an e-text book can offer in the version sold from Wiley. This 'print replica' version reduces the utility of this book greatly to save $24 (as of 16 JUL 19). Buyer beware.

Missing critical solutions that are in the e-version
The purpose the the e-version of this textbook to to provide links to the student solutions and additional readings not included in the print version. This kindle version does not include them and as such quite inadequate and incomplete.

Convoluted waste of time...
This book has a lot of 'what' and 'why', but not enough how. It's another cookie cutter textbook designed to keep the reader ignorant and is useless unless one gets ahold of the solution manual. There is no follow through from one chapter into the next.most of the text is a garble of futile geometric analogies which serve no real practical purpose, other than to explain there is the possibility of having non-orthogonal factors.(without explaining why we would need to know that)Why is it too much to ask for examples where we see the data and step by step are shown how to generate the different ANOVA tables for each design structure?Instead this book is a hogwash of convoluted garbage speak. Tables that are hard to translate, and sum of squares calculations that always seem out of place. There is clearly more than one way of calculating sum of squares that are particular to each design, yet we are left with no reference as to which calculations are used. Some examples are stronger than others but for the most part they are bland and offer no practical example.I do not feel like I can take what's in this book and run with it.

Missing content. Buy 8th Edition
I should have listened to the other reviews. No problems at the end of the chapter or "Econtent" available. What a ripoff. Luckily Amazon accepted a return.
