I fell in love with the elastic loop to keep the finger poker attached to the meter. The size was just perfect. It wasn't bulky.Came with 50 test strips. It records your readings although no time or date. The set up was pretty easy. The only thing I didn't care for was the test strips seemed to be touchy and if you didn't get your blood on it quick enough it would error and you would need a new strip.

I just opened the glucose tests and they are about to expire we use this as a screening tool but don’t use them every day. So when we receive the item with a short expiration date it is waste of money for us

This glucose tester is easy to use and does the job. Great to have for blood sugar monitoring. Extra test strips and lancets will be needed for continued use, but there are plenty to start with.

Nice to have a small blood sugar meter on the go when not at home.It works good

Serves it's purpose

I expected something a little different but this system is efficient, accurate, and works well. The way it works is a sleeve provided and placed on the outside of the container holds a small auto-jector to get the blood sample and you take/remove a strip from inside the canister and place it in the top (reader) for your Bg results. I thought/assumed (prolly my fault) that the strip would come out automatically (I hate wrestling with each strip with my fatter fingers). Oh well, good enough... AND GREAT PRICING. Often Bg TestStrips ALONE cost more than these Meters. It's a GREAT way to own several and keep one in your pack, one in your bathroom, one by your bed, one at work... and all that creates more testing which is always better (for accurate knowledge of your Bg #s therefore better insulin management). Good Stuff!
