I have use this timmer around 7 years. There is zero problem i face. Today i buy this my little brother. I can say that is amazing trimmer.battery life may be upto 9-10 years if u working only in u. Durability is very well. Ease to use. Noise level not high. Thanku for attention.

DEAD PRODUCT
Worst product ever, Stopped working within 2 weeks. Initially thought the battery is dead, but even after charging enough, still not working. and Phillips support is even worst, no way to claim warranty, contacted nearest store, no response, no support, no callback. Phillips going down day by day.
