Blown away!
Yes, I am not exaggerating one bit. What a beautiful Crystal Chandelier. There were many things that I was impressed with. First of all the packaging was impeccable. Every part was very well protected. You can tell that the manufacturer wants to make sure nothing is lost or broken. They even add some spare parts in case you need them. Just by opening the packaging you can tell how much the manufacturer respects their product and the customer. The installation though long and requiring quite bit of patience, it is fairly simple. Just take your time, don't rush and anybody can get it done. I love the design and how it looks. My wife and I are very happy. It really lights up the room. Just a beautiful chandelier. Highly recommended!!!

A gorgeous chandelier
This is a very lovely piece that looks great in my bedroom. I bought the WiFi switch and the suggested bulbs which was the right decision.Some of the pieces were broken but there were enough extras. The 2 electricians installed it very quickly.

Did not want to return
This beautiful chandelier was purchased and installed in my dining room so I purchased one for the living room. I found out a rough in for electrical would be costly and troublesome so I had to return.

Horrible
This light has been used, and was shipped to us as new. Parts are missing and it's 2 shades of gold. We are tired of being ripped off.Just horrible!
