PRODUCT IS GREAT!! But they have changed the label which is somewhat confusing. Found this on the internet which some of all of this should be on Amazon's website: Caleb Treeze Muscle Tonic – Old Amish Remedy (same recipe, different label. Was "Stops leg and foot cramps in less than 2 minutes") Description This effective fast-acting natural muscle remedy, for both preventing leg & foot cramps or stopping them once they start, was discovered by the Amish while they were still in Europe and brought to this country sometime in the 1880’s. A carefully balanced mixture of certified organic unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar, juice from the ginger plant and just the right amount of all natural garlic juice in special combination so as to achieve almost instant relief from leg, foot and hand cramps. Salt and gluten free. This label will be changing, but the recipe will remain the same!

I suffer with Sciatic nerve pain and Neuropathy on my left leg and foot, Old Amish Muscle Tonic has been a blessing, I don't get the electric shocks like, that comes with the Neuropathy, it totally calms down. I use it (rub on my leg and foot) at least 3 times a day, and when I go to bed. I believe it's a great product, it works.

I have been using this for years. Glad to see it on Amazon! Truly stops leg cramps and also does help prevent them. You can put a little in juice or some other liquid but no way around the vinegar/garlic taste. So I take it like a little shot and chase it with a glass of water. Now it will leave the taste in your mouth but a mint/brushing your teeth or whatever you want will take care of that. Honestly if you wake up during the night with leg or foot cramps. Try this. It helps me and I have had leg and foot cramps almost nightly since my early teens and I am 65 and this is the only thing that works. I take a little every night to prevent waking up with cramps. But if I forget I keep it in my nightstand!

Helps me with muscle pain related to an old injury. I avoid Pharmaceuticals 100%, no OTCs either. This apple cider vinegar includes the "mother." That's a good thing, the floater shown in one of the consumer pictures. I buy it by the case to divide with others.

Love this product. It can be used as a topical or consumed. Prior to any heavy work activity, always drink a couple of capfuls to avoid leg cramps later. Have purchased more than once and give bottles to others for their use. Very effective.

We've been Caleb Treeze users for around 11 years now. We keep it in our cupboards all the time and drink a cap full daily for health. It's pure goodness and keeps our arteries clear, all cramps at bay, and boosts our immune systems. Yes, it does all that, and we are 64. We have recommended it to several friends, even handed out a free bottle here and there, and they rave over the end of their cramps due to it. Proof is in the bottle, or so they say :) It also helps to reduce the kidney stones. Too much good to say about it, all in one bottle, one cap full a day!
