Good looking fan with plenty of light

I purchased three 52-inch fans and one 72-inch fan, and I am impressed with their aesthetic appeal and high quality. The 72-inch fan required a new receiver, and I inadvertently broke the glass part. Additionally, our contractor misplaced one of our remotes. Upon contacting customer service, I received super quick assistance by Ada. She provided clear instructions on how to program one remote to work with another fan and subsequently sent me a new remote, a glass piece, and a new receiver. This experience with customer service has been exceptional. As a result, I plan to order four more 52-inch fans so that all my fans are the same and from the same amazing company.

Pretty easy installation

Description does not include information essential for making a purchase decision, such as the diameter of the downrods. Probably because it turns out to be 1 inch, rather than the industry standard .75 inch. This difference can result in a significant wobble of the fan which can lead to wear and tear over time. Instructions included with the product are horrible. They do not include a parts list. They use terms in the written instructions that do not match the terms in the diagrams provided, making it very confusing. The seller claims to have excellent post sale customer support yet, the instructions provide no customer support telephone number, email address, or website. I located the website on my own and it also provides no options for customer support. I contacted Amazon for support on this product and they offered financial incentives but had no answer to my questions. Where exactly is this so-called excellent customer support? I realize this product has a high rating from the few customers who have purchased it, however, I can only assume they must have provided the rating prior to attempting to install it or, required only the short downrods included with the product.

Very nice fan, operates well. The installation instructions are not very clear, but customer service is excellent if you have a question. The biggest problem in that regard is that the instructions and packaging do not identify the manufacturer or provide any contact information. You have to find the manufacturer information from the box, then look up the company to find the email contact, which is the only way to contact the company. Once you have done that, the customer service rep, Ida, was very helpful, responsive and polite. My issue was resolved quickly and my concerns about the instructions were forwarded on for consideration. Overall, nice product for a reasonable price and a good customer experience.

This fan looks great and the quality is excellent. It arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. I had contacted the vendor with a question and they responded quickly and had great knowledge of the product. I highly recommend dealing with them.

We bought this fan over a year ago for our patio. It works wonderfully and moves a lot of air which is perfect for hot California afternoons. The remote went missing so I contacted customer service, it was late in the day but they responded quickly and are sending me a new remote. It is great to find a good product and a company that supports thier products.

Got this fan last year but, never installed it until now, it is excellent quality, easy to install. It has 5 speeds and reverse, and this fan is super quiet! It has 3 light colours which are good and bright when you need the light. It has two different styles of blades to suit your colour preferences. Definitely would buy again, it is a great fan for the price. Remember it is safe for outside weather! I will submit pictures later.
